Lee Ann Morris, originally from Odessa, Texas, has built an impressive legal career grounded in both public service and private practice. She graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth in 2004. Upon graduation, she returned to her hometown and began her career as a Municipal Court Prosecutor for the City of Odessa.
Two years later, Lee Ann was promoted to Assistant City Attorney in the civil division of the City Attorney’s Office, where she handled all aspects of municipal law. She culminated her tenure with the city in 2013 as the Senior Assistant City Attorney and Police Legal Advisor for the Odessa Police Department. This extensive experience provided her with invaluable insights into legal strategies and prosecution.
In 2013, Lee Ann transitioned to private practice, establishing her law firm in Abilene, Texas. Although she resides and practices law in Abilene, she proudly serves clients throughout the state of Texas.
Lee Ann has also contributed to the legal profession as a member of the State Bar of Texas ethics committee. With 11 years of dedicated practice in family and criminal law, she combines her professional expertise with personal insights gained from her experiences with divorce, child custody, and raising a blended family of seven children. This unique combination ensures her clients receive compassionate, knowledgeable, and strategic support.
